What are your days/hours of operation?
We operate M-F, 9-5, EST. Orders received after 5 p.m. on Friday, Saturdays & Sundays begin processing on Monday a.m. We don't work on these U.S. Holidays: New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
Will I get a digital proof of my personalized order before you print and ship?
We'll email you a low-res digital proof of any PERSONALIZED/CUSTOMIZED PRINT or PRODUCT within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS (24-72 hrs). Once your approval is given, we'll print & ship your order according to our current processing schedule. If we don't hear back from you in 5 BUSINESS DAYS, you agree approval is granted & your order will be printed and shipped. IMPORTANT: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days! A delay in response by you will delay the processing of your order. We don't send proofs of non-personalized or non-customized orders.
Why type of shipping do you offer?
Currently we ship to North America only (US & Canada). Shipping times and options vary depending on the product. Please stop by our PROCESSING/SHIPPING page for processing and shipping options for each of our products.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
We're confident in the quality of our products and want your complete satisfaction! We inspect all printed products carefully for defects and accuracy. We'll gladly replace any product or print damaged in transit. This includes personalized/customized products. You must contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days of delivery of your item & include photos of damaged item & packaging. We don't offer reprints on custom or personalized orders unless there's an inaccuracy (due to our mistake), defect or damage. We can't give reprints due to slight color variances as color varies between computer monitors on the web and actual printed products. What if I want to cancel my order?
We accept order cancellations within 1 hour. After that, it's on a case by case basis. If your order has begun processing, we may allow a cancellation with a partial refund depending on how far into the production process we are with your order. We do not accept order cancellations on Instant Digital Download purchases.
How will I receive my Digital Order?
Designs may be offered as either Customized Digital Designs, Instant Download (non-customized, ready-to-print) Designs or Self-Edit Templates. For customized designs, you will receive a low resolution digital proof via email in 1-3 business days. Once approved, we will email the final high resolution file(s). For non-customized, ready-to-print designs, you will be able download when logged into your account as soon as your payment processes. For self-edit templates, you will receive an email directly from Templett.com with instructions regarding setting up your account and editing your template. What are Customs Fees and Taxes for International Orders?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and/or taxes.
