Do you sell printed or physical products?

No — we no longer offer printed or shipped products. All items in our shop are digital-only and delivered either as instant downloads or editable templates. You will not receive anything by mail.

What are your customer support hours?

If you need assistance with your order or have any questions, our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

We do not monitor emails or provide support on the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Messages received during weekends or holidays will be answered the next business day.

How will I receive my digital order?

Our designs are delivered in one of two formats:

  • Instant Downloads (non-editable, ready-to-print PDFs) are available immediately after purchase from your Shopify account or download link.
  • Self-Edit Templates are delivered via email from Templett.com shortly after purchase. Follow the link in the email to access and customize your design online.

What if I don't receive the email from Templett?

First, check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you don’t see it:

  • Go to templett.com/design
  • Enter the email you used to purchase
  • Click “Don’t have access to this account?” and follow the prompts

Important: If you used an Apple private relay email (e.g., @privaterelay.appleid.com), it may block Templett emails. Consider updating your email in your Templett account profile once logged in.

Do you offer design or editing services?

No. All templates are designed for customers to edit themselves using Templett. If you run into technical issues, we’re happy to help, but we do not offer custom editing or design services.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations on Instant Downloads or Template purchases, as digital files are delivered automatically. Please review all product details and images before purchasing.

What if something is wrong with my file or download?

If there’s a problem accessing your file or something isn’t working as expected, contact us at artfullifedesigns@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Are there any shipping fees or customs charges?

No. Since we only sell digital products, there are no shipping fees, and no customs duties or international taxes apply.
