Customer Support Hours

All digital files are delivered automatically — there is no processing delay or need for manual fulfillment. However, if you need assistance with your order or have any questions, our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

We do not monitor emails or provide support on the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Messages received during weekends or holidays will be answered the next business day.

File Delivery Times

All products sold in our shop are digital files only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any printed or physical items.

  • Instant Download Files: Non-editable, ready-to-print PDF designs are available for immediate download as soon as your payment is processed. You must be logged into your account to access your download links.
  • Editable Templates: For templates created with Templett.com, you’ll receive an email from Templett shortly after purchase with a link to access and edit your template online. Most customers receive access within 5–10 minutes.

Delivery Format

You will not receive any items by mail. All products are delivered digitally — either via a download link or through access to an online template editor. No shipping fees, customs duties, or physical delivery delays apply.

Having Trouble Accessing Your Files?

If you did not receive the Templett email, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also access your template directly at templett.com/design using the email address associated with your order. If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
