    DAYS/HOURS OF OPERATION

    We operate M-F, 9-5, EST. Orders received after 5 p.m. on Friday, Saturdays & Sundays begin processing on Monday a.m. We do not work on these U.S. Holidays: New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.

    PROCESSING TIMES

    PERSONALIZED PRINTS
    Personalized paper prints take between 3-8 business days to process. Personalized canvas prints take between 5-10 business days to process. We will send you a digital proof via email for your approval usually in 1-3 business days (M-F). Once approved, we will print and ship. If we do not hear from you in 5 business days, we assume approval and we will print and ship. A delay by you in proof approval may delay print production time frame. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

    PERSONALIZED DIGITAL PRINTABLE FILES
    Personalized digital files take between 2-4 business days to process. We will send you a digital proof via email for your approval in 1-3 business days (M-F). Once approved, we will email your digital file.

    NON-PERSONALIZED DIGITAL PRINTABLE FILES (Ready-to-Print Instant Downloads)
    Non-personalized digital files will be available for you to download as soon as your order transaction is complete. You need to be logged into your account to download files.

    EDITABLE TEMPLATES (You edit online at Templett.com)
    Within minutes of purchase, you may access your template and edit online at templett.com.

    Processing & production takes 7-10 business days. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

    CANVAS PRINTS
    Processing & production takes 5-10 business days. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

    SHIPPING TIMES/OPTIONS

    Currently shipping to US and Canada.

    PAPER PRINTS, APPAREL, TOTES, MUGS, PILLOWS, BLANKETS
    United States: Standard Shipping is USPS Priority Mail with Tracking (2-5 business days) or Expedited Shipping is USPS Priority Express with Tracking (1-2 business days).
    Canada: First Class Package International (10-20 business days, but could take longer depending on customs).

    Paper Prints ship from our studio in New Albany, IN. Apparel, Totes, Mugs,  Pillows & Blankets ship from our printing partner from their closest plant depending on your location.

    CANVAS
    Canvas prints are shipped from our canvas printing partner in Minnesota. Tracking is included. Your order may ship via UPS or USPS. United Sates: 3-7 business days, Canada: 10-20 business days, but could take longer depending on customs.

    We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose as well as issues (such as weather or customs delays) beyond our control.

    CUSTOM & IMPORT TAXES

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Artful Life Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
